Medrexo is provided by Medrexo Tech Ltd., a company registered in Ireland under company number 742950, with its registered office at Cartoncoragh, Drumraney, Athlone, Westmeath, Ireland.

In these Terms, "Medrexo", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Medrexo Tech Ltd. "Tenant", "customer", "you", and "your" refer to the clinic, practice, healthcare organization, or business evaluating or using the Medrexo service.

Who These Terms Are For

These Terms are aimed at potential customers and customer tenants who evaluate, subscribe to, or use Medrexo for clinic management and healthcare administration workflows.

If you access Medrexo on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and to bind that organization to these Terms.

The Medrexo Service

Medrexo is multi-tenant clinic management software for appointments, patients, practitioners, locations, communications, payments, reporting, and related operational workflows.

Specific modules, limits, subscriptions, trial terms, and commercial details may be set out in the applicable order, subscription plan, pricing page, or written agreement.

Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants are responsible for how they configure and use Medrexo within their own clinic or organization. This includes responsibility to:

  • keep account credentials secure and ensure users are authorized;
  • configure users, roles, permissions, locations, services, and modules appropriately;
  • ensure clinic, practitioner, patient, appointment, billing, and communication data entered into Medrexo is accurate and lawful;
  • obtain any patient consents, notices, and lawful bases required for clinic operations, including under the EU GDPR where applicable;
  • use Medrexo only for lawful business and healthcare administration purposes.

Clinical and Operational Responsibility

Medrexo supports clinic administration and workflow management. It does not replace clinical judgment, professional duties, emergency care pathways, or regulatory obligations that apply to your organization.

Tenants remain responsible for clinical decisions, patient communication content, appointment policies, records, and compliance with healthcare rules that apply to their services.

Data Protection and Patient Data

For tenant-controlled patient or clinic data processed through the platform, the tenant is normally the data controller and Medrexo Tech Ltd. acts as a processor or service provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tenants are responsible for complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, Irish data protection law, and any other privacy or healthcare confidentiality rules that apply to their services.

Where required by GDPR, data processing terms or a separate data processing agreement will govern how Medrexo processes tenant data on the tenant's instructions.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Payments

Trials and subscriptions may be subject to module availability, billing settings, plan limits, and third-party payment provider terms.

Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due according to the selected plan or order terms. Taxes, card charges, and payment processing terms may apply.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse Medrexo or attempt to interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service. In particular, you must not:

  • attempt to access another tenant's data or systems;
  • use Medrexo to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited communications;
  • upload malicious code, interfere with service security, or reverse engineer the platform;
  • use Medrexo in a way that breaches applicable law, patient rights, or third-party rights.

Third-Party Services

Medrexo may integrate with or rely on third-party services for hosting, payments, communications, infrastructure, analytics, security, or support.

Some third-party services may have their own terms or privacy notices. Tenants are responsible for reviewing those terms where they apply to their own use of the service.

Intellectual Property

Medrexo, the platform, product design, software, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property are owned by Medrexo Tech Ltd. or its licensors.

Tenants retain responsibility for and ownership of their own clinic data, subject to the rights needed for Medrexo to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service.

Availability, Changes, and Support

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we may update, improve, suspend, or change features where needed for security, maintenance, legal, operational, or product reasons.

Support channels and response times may depend on the applicable plan, subscription, or written agreement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medrexo is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every tenant workflow.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
